Step 1

Hold the Gel Pad by the two clear back belts with the Neck Sofa® logo facing front.

Start with your Neck Sofa® rear support nodes facing down.

Step 2

Slide the two rear belts over one arm of the Neck Sofa® until they are aligned securely on the back portion of the Neck Sofa®.

Slide one of the front clear belts over one arm.

Slide the other clear belt over the other arm.
