Neck Sofa® Cool Gel Pad features are:
A soft PU Polyurethane Cooling Gel with a custom pattern design that allows greater air circulation throughout the entire cooling area. The custom fitted Cool Gel Pad covers the entire neck area for an optimal cool feeling and four clear and strong stretchy TPU Bands holds your Cool Gel Pad securely in place.
You can convert your Neck Sofa from Warm and Cozy to Cool and Cozy in less then 60 seconds! It’s easy to place the Cool Gel Pad on your Neck Sofa, let me show you how: Step 1: Hold the Cool Gel Pad by the two clear back belts with the Neck Sofa® logo on the top facing away from you. Step 2: Slide the two rear belts over one arm of the Neck Sofa® until they are aligned securely on the back portion of the Neck Sofa. Make sure that the Neck Sofa logo is on the inner side the pillow. Step 3: Slide each of the front clear belts over each arm to secure the rest of the Cool Gel Pad.
Step 4: Adjust and smooth out the Cool Gel Pad if needed. 
This is how it should look once it is correctly placed on your Neck Sofa®. Now you are ready for Cooling Comfort.
To remove your Cool Gel Pad start by removing the 2 front clear belts then slide off both back clear belts in the same direction. Neck Sofa® Cool Gel Pad is available in two distinctive colors, Deep Blue Sea & Glacier Blue. For best results, store it in the refrigerator. To clean, gently hand wash it in a mild detergent and allow to air dry.
To prevent damage and to extend the life of your Cool Gel Pad do not leave it under the hot sun (for example; in a motor vehicle) for an extended period of time.
