Neck Sofa® Manufacturer Defect Warranty and Return Policy:

The “Return Policy” herein states the terms and conditions that are in effect for all retail sales as of this date. We have selected a simple to understand format, so our customers have no difficulty understanding this Policy. When you order a Neck Sofa® from our website (www.necksofa.com) you are purchasing a quality manufactured product that is made with top grade material and components. Each Neck Sofa® is inspected for any defects at point of manufacturing and also hand inspected prior to packaging and leaving our warehouse.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Product must be returned in the UNUSED, UNDAMAGED and its ORIGNAL CONDITION to receive a full refund. All returned products will be thoroughly inspected to guarantee that the item returned was the item we originally shipped. You will receive a partial refund if any of the product parts have been switched, damaged or altered.
A – Manufacturer Defect Warranty:
We warranty our product against any manufacturing defects of workmanship or materials used. The warranty period is for a term of 370 days from the date your order is processed (paid) and shipped by Commercial Carrier. We added 5 days to the “Manufacturer Defect Warranty” for initial delivery time frame. If you have a warranty claim please send us an email to info@necksofa.com explaining the problem and include pictures of the defect, purchaser name, address and phone number.
Please Note:
A product that is abused, torn or soiled will not be accepted as a return for full refund on manufacture defects. Please be careful how you treat or handle your Neck Sofa®. The same notation shall apply to the custom Cool Gel Pad or Pillowcase, if purchased.
Please be informed that small air bubbles, flaws, and imperfections, such as minor nicks and blemishes, may naturally occur during the manufacturing of the memory foam pillow. These are a result of the production process and are not indicative of manufacturing defects or tears. It is important to note that these imperfections do not hinder the functionality or effectiveness of your neck pillow in any way. Rest assured, the comfort and support provided by the pillow remain unaffected despite these minor cosmetic variations.
Care Instructions are easily found by referring to the “User Guide” found on this page: http://www.necksofa.com/user-guide and we suggest you refer to these Instructions to maintain your warranty assurance. If you properly care for your Neck Sofa® you’ll enjoy many years of comfort and enjoyment.
We are very careful how we handle your Neck Sofa®, so be careful how you handle ours, if you wish to return the product. We don’t believe you’ll be using a Return Policy but just in case, we wanted it simple and fair.

B – Return Policy:
In the event you decide to return your purchase for whatever reason. We provide a 30 days (30 + 5) day period to return from the day your order is processed (paid). We added 5 days to the “Return Period” for initial delivery time frame.
* We will not accept any returns without an RMA number – we must approve the return and provide instructions prior to you returning any product.
If you decide to return the product please follow these easy directions:
- Send an email to Returns@necksofa.com, indicating the original name in which the order was placed, your phone number and address to where the product was originally shipped.
- You will receive an email with a unique Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Print that email and include it into the package you are returning. Write the RMA# clearly on the outside of the package.
(It is advisable to save the original packaging in which you received your Neck Sofa® during this initial time.) - Ship the product back with a Commercial Carrier which provides you “Tracking Information or Number”. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once the product is shipped, please contact us by email with the “Tracking Information or Number”.
- As soon as your order has been returned and verified by the warehouse, we will issue a refund *minus the initial shipping fee.

C – Wholesale Return Policy:
There are no returns on wholesale orders unless there is some manufacture defect. In this case the defective product would be returned at our cost and then replaced. The item must be return in the same condition as it was sent within 15 days after receiving the wholesale item, unused and unwashed.
